Construction filters and the morning email: how to find customers with Firmo
You make a filter once and get an email every morning: where construction started, who the main contractor is, its rating and contacts, and the site manager. A test email arrives right away.

How to do it (5 minutes)
Open Building permits and choose what you want to see: Construction starts, county, building type, size and apartments. You can tick several types at once.
Construction starts →Press "Subscribe to „Construction started” daily". A test email arrives in your inbox right away, so you see what the email looks like.
For each site the email shows the main contractor's rating and contacts and the site manager. Click the site name to open the site page: permits, address and companies.
On the Account page under Notifications you can change the frequency, send the test email again or stop the notification.

Tips
- Make several small filters (for example Harju County, apartment buildings, over 300 m²) instead of one big one: emails are shorter and more precise.
- New building permit applications arrive months before construction and the designer's contact is in the email right away.
- A private person's contact is never put in the email. You can open it in Firmo one at a time with confirmation.

How do I change or stop a filter?
Open Account and Notifications. There you can change the frequency, send a test email or stop the notification.
Why is there no private person's name in the email?
Private persons' data is never put in emails. You can open the contact in Firmo one at a time, confirming the purpose.
Is Firmo free?
Search, company pages, rating, tenders, building permits and bankruptcies are free. In the Customer finder the first 3 companies are free. All names, contacts, Excel and daily emails come with a plan from €15 a month, and the Pro plan can be tried free for 14 days.
May company contacts be used for sales?
A company's public email and phone may be used for an offer if the offer relates to the company's business and the email includes an opt out. Firmo does not put sole traders' or private persons' contacts in lists.
