Tips
- Call the main contractor in the first week after the contract: that is when rental is agreed.
- A company that made a tender bid is calculating the price now: offer your rental price for its budget.
- Check the company's rating and tax debt before the contract: then you know the rental invoice will be paid.

Frequently asked questions
Where do I see who the main contractor is?
The Active sites page lists public contracts with the main contractor, buyer and end date. A building permit shows the builder if it is a company.
Can I get the sites by email every morning?
Yes. Save a building permit filter with your county and choose how often the email comes.
Is Firmo free?
Search, company pages, rating, tenders, building permits and bankruptcies are free. In the Customer finder the first 3 companies are free. All names, contacts, Excel and daily emails come with a plan from €15 a month, and the Pro plan can be tried free for 14 days.
May company contacts be used for sales?
A company's public email and phone may be used for an offer if the offer relates to the company's business and the email includes an opt out. Firmo does not put sole traders' or private persons' contacts in lists.
